Fees for all contracts unless stated otherwise:
Outside normal working hours : 2 x normal fees
Full Contract – Parent’s annual holiday (up to 2 weeks) : Half fees
School Holiday Only and Term-Time Only Contracts – Parent’s annual holiday : Full fees
Childminder annual holiday ( up to 2 weeks) : Half fees
Sickness of Child/Parent : Normal fees
Sickness of Childminder : No fees
Child/Parent occasional days off : Full fees
Childminder occasional days off : No fees
Bank Holidays (child not attending) : Normal fees
Bank Holidays (child attending) : 2 x Normal fees
Children at Pre-School : Normal fees
INSET days : Normal fees
Overnight Care : 2 x Normal fees
Late Payment Fee : £5 per day
Late Collection/Early Arrival of Child Charge : £1.50 per 15 minutes (charge will start after 5 minutes)
School Children – Dinner - £1.80 (only available for children staying until 6pm)

Fees are to be paid monthly (1st – 31st) in advance by cash, vouchers or direct transfer to my bank account. An invoice will be sent out around the 18th of every month.

Four week’s fees are required to secure a place for your child. This ‘deposit’ will be taken as the four week notice period at the end of the contract. (Term-Time and Full Contracts)

If I can offer a place immediately but you do not require the place immediately then a ‘retainer fee’ will be payable every week until you require the place. This is a percentage of the normal weekly fees. Percentage payable to be agreed between Childminder and parent. (Full and Term-Time Only Contracts)

School Holiday Only Contracts : All fees are to be paid by the 1st of the month for the holiday period required.

Four week’s notice is to be given to change or cancel a Full Time –Term-Time Contract.

Two complete week’s notice need to be given for School Holiday Only Contracts – the two weeks MUST be school holidays.

If your child is receiving Early Years Free Entitlement Funding one complete term’s notice is required to change or cancel a Contract (Full Time or Term-Time).
